• Products without original packaging.

4. Refund Policy

• Order Cancellation: If the order is canceled before the printing process begins.
• Defective Products: If the product is proven to be defective upon receipt.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the approval date. The refund will be credited to the original payment method unless otherwise specified.

We do not offer exchanges due to the customized nature of our products. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days to arrange for a replacement.
